Here’s part of the transcript of Andrew Reynolds live on stage talking about building a Cash on Demand database.
“Hi. My name’s Andrew Reynolds. Here’s some Cash On Demand advice that’s going to help you make a lot of money. Right. Number one thing to do: build a database. YOU NEED TO BUILD A DATABASE. You’ve seen this in Cash on Demand but I need to really emphasise this. No two ways about it. If you don’t build a database as part of your Cash On Demand Model you will fail. You need to build a database.
OK. Let’s refresh our memories. Can I just go to this thing quickly?
You’ll be familiar with the concept of funnels because we’ve covered it in Cash on Demand. Just draw for a second a funnel. I need to just get this engrained on your consciousness. The funnel model is what we are talking about here today okay and it’s critical
We need to put loads and loads of people, of contacts in the top of this marketing funnel. How? By offering a low-cost product, a £67 product for example. Low cost equals high numbers of customers. We need the numbers just to build the database. Like gathering people at the start line ready for the pistol to start the race, okay?
Once you have that starting line at the top of the funnel and fire the pistol, say, two or three times a year, you can bring in customers at these different amounts. To do any of this though you MUST have that database.

You can apply this to any niche market. I mean I have a number of funnels running in my little Cash on Demand business. Different funnels for different niche markets. Okay? Go out there, practice on one market, in five years time you’ll probably be into another niche market, that’ll probably take off and that’ll become the centre of your Cash On Demand business.
